Slacklining is an act of walking, balancing, or running along a flat webbing. Slackline is quite similar to slack rope walking and tightrope walking. It is a great way to train your balance and have fun at the same time. Our slackline rope in Kathmandu Sport Climbing Center offers our climber visitors as well as non-climber visitors to jump on the rope and try to balance.

If you want to improve your balance or your core strength then slacklining is a fun way to engage those muscles. Also, it helps to sharpen your focus and improve the stability of your knee joint.

You can have fun and work on your body without breaking a sweat. Sounds fun? Visit our climbing gym in Nepal to try it out.
